Nice brace job and rear disk convertion and I dig the braced up TTB in the back ground. Almost made me miss the fact he tried to hide the bike under a towl, lol.

Here is a brace idea for your 14, called the wrapter. Sorry HJ over.

NOT my axle or my shop!

I was going to say that about the braced TTB but you beat me to it. Looks like he did a decent job. Looks like he might have missed plating the bottom of the area where the pumpkin bolts in.

Yup that's Cheet-o's shop.

As for the sarcasm about the pics - sorry but it's hard to read inflection, sarcasm or whatever in the text. I get a little defensive because I have been called out here before for dropping a cummins, 14b, etc. in my truck and it annoys the **** out of me obviously.

Back to winch bumpers now?

I wasn't trying to down anyone's ideas for taking them from another truck(whether it be a chevy or a dodge). I was simply trying to state that I personally would do that cause I'd like the bumper to flow with the contours of the truck, and obviously fords and chevys are different. Simply put, I don't know if it'd look good(to me).

No builds posted in the Off-Road forum. A couple knuckleheads down there make it so I don't feel like watching or posting there. Only threads I'm in are a prerunner one that hte guy PMed me and asked me to look at and then Cheet-o's.
My builds are slowly coming along. If I'd quit hitting the bars so often my crew might actually get finished soon.

My posting of the bumper on the Jeep/Exploder was just to show the style. I like the lines of that bumper and plan to produce something with a similar look. Now I know that bumper couldn't be just bolted on and run on one of these trucks, but the overall form/design can be adapted.

I know I have spied some pics of your prerunner build somewhere, tricking out a 2wd with flipped I beams and fat fiber front fenders......right? Cool IMO

No flipped I-beams for me. I'm the one always arguing against it. But yes, the build will be a little crazy/much more than most on here do. That build thread is in this 73-79 forum.

You've got it right. I've got huge fiberglass front fenders and bent beams with lift coils, etc. on the front
Here's the tread.
