gotta say that bumper is ugly! Its way too big. It could definetely lose that bottom vented section.
I recently got mine powder coated now and it turned out awesome

Nice bumper ideas, but a major "FAIL" putting chebbys and jeeps on a FORD truck site, come on people, support the brand.

Am I the only one that seen that or the only one that cares? LOL

I don't. When it's talking about a custom fabricated part and you're taking an idea from it - who cares? Well you do apparently, but then again you're probably the type that would get all offended I'm running a corporate 14 in my trucks. To me parts are parts and my trucks get the best part for the job - not what Ford put there 1st as those are often NOT the best part for the job at all.

Not into the blind, brand loyalty thing - although I do love my old Fords.

And "support the brand" by not posting up pictures of other brands????? Not sure how that makes sense. If a picture of a freakin Yugo would help someone on here better understand a point I am making or an idea I'm trying to get across you'd better bet I'm gonna post it. And on the other hand if someone is trying to help me out and has a picture that would very easily get the point across and help, but won't post it because it's a pic of a GM product or something I'd be pissy!

Rant over.

Sorry - just one of the things that bugs me about this site (certain members I guess). I just don't understand or agree with the blind hatred.

I know, I know - it's a Ford site. Still doesn't mean posting a pic of "brand B" should be frowned upon.

I'm just as pro Ford (old stuff at least - I hate pretty much any/all newer cars/trucks) as the next guy, but that doesn't mean I hate all others.

Wow sound like you got some bailing wire wrapped around a drive shaft, and for the record I was just kidding about the pic jeesh.

You run a C14 cause they are tough and cheap and you can get lots of parts easy. I am looking into that swap after I blow up my D60.

I'm following (Ed)F350 advice about rear chebby hangers/springs to get more flex outa the back end, so no I am not a blind Ford truck loyalest.

Just like to give people some chit about posting a different brand picture on a brand specific site. This is not ATE (All Truck Enthusiasts) you know.

Sorry I am not the best at typing with sarcasm installed.......but that was a try.

Thread Hj over
