Yeah...so?!?! We gave all but didn't have enough. We were plagued by mistakes and such but no crying "foul" on my part. We simply lost to the better team.
BTW, I wasn't saying that u "couldn't" pull for OSU, just that u SHOULD NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE pull for the Tarholes!!!
Hey y'all, Boardsailor here down in Beaufort. Anyone farther East than me is probably in the ocean, or maybe up Hatteras way. Recently got a great deal on a 93 Ranger XLT 4x4. Needs some TLC but seems to run really good so far. ~146,000 on the odo. I haven't used the 4x4 mode yet. Still checking out other, more important (to me) things like the AC(found the condensor is leaking). Factory sound had to go - no CD/MP3 player. Speakers had dryrotted. Fresh tires/muffler. On the road for under $1500 so far.
My first ride was a 52 Ford, flathead V8. That was in '65. Only had 2 other Ford products since - 72 Ford van(work truck), 89 Lincoln Town Car(sweet!). Lived in Germany for 8 yrs. Drove lots of VW products(super cheap) over there. Got into carpentry about 20yrs ago(yeah, Timber Dude, I GOT WOOD). Been using Chevy vans most all that time. Gotta say this little Ranger's great on gas and seems to have a sizeable pair. Very zippy - got the big V6. Just added a 2" receiver hitch so I can make this thing into a REAL work truck. Does anyone know about a rack system that goes from the front bumper all the way to the rear end? I move long boards and ladders occasionally. I don't think just a simple cabover rack would cut it for me. Most of my windsurfing gear will fit in the bed though.
Sure is a LOT of stuff at this site. Hope to pick some brains as I work through updating this "new tool". Her name is ROSIE. She's red.
