The wires come with most kits IIRC but you will need to wire it in to you current parking light switch. Its easy to do.

Hey man, I believe that it's pre-wired, but I'm not entirely sure on that. I still need to get around to ordering a shop manual with wiring diagrams - but I'm pretty sure someone else on here will chime in. There is a thread on it somewhere. I do remember several people finding out that from inside the cab - you can see the spots where the lights are supposed to be mounted. (I forget if it was a cut out, or pop out spot that's already pressed into the sheet metal, but it'll mean dropping the headliner either way.)

Clay has them for pretty cheap.

His prices are always more than reasonable and his customer service is top notch.

Edit: IIRC = If I Recall Correctly - common abbreviation on the forums. :-) Welcome to the site.

There is a plug in the passneger side kick panel that is run for cab lights. When ever you order your kit make sure that you state whether you have the overhead console with display or not, because the wiring harness that you get will be a factory ford component.

If you dont have the lights, you dont have the harness. You can easily make one up or get one from ford. I got my lights and harness from them all in one shot. Like Austin said, get the right harness. The overhead console and running lights use the same plug.

Check out post #6 in this thread https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...ab-lights.html The link there is a complete writeup with pictures.
