OT: New project.
This is probably illegal on this site. It's not a Ford, it's not a truck, and it's not even Detroit! We're talking a brit sports car.
I've got this '69 Triumph Spitfire in really ready shape for restoration. The sheet metal is clean. Heck, some of the original cardboard is still intact. It is a potential museum piece.
I'll finish up the '73 F250, but I'm really thinking that the sports car might be a lot of fun. Well, maybe not so much to drive. Those of you that have met me might recognize that I don't fit comfortably in a little car, but I digress.
Does anyone have a rotisserie that I can mod up to media blast the body? Just a thought. It's straight, it's clean, but it will need some paint.

I was going to give it away, or something. Maybe drop a V8 into the thing. I'm now down to a decision as to whether I should restore it, or drop a motorcycle engine into the thing. I'm kind of leaning toward restoration. But a Hayabusa engine might make it kind of more fun.
I still don't know if I can sit in it. They are made for folks your size.
