Clutch Rod?
Does anyone know how to fix the clutch rod going through the floor , mine is wearing a hole in the floor at the top and is not centered in the factory hole . I checked the cab mounts and motor and tranny mounts have been replaced . I tried loosening the z bar bracket on the frame and wouldn't move forward enough . It almost like the z bar bracket isnt long enough . I dont remember it rubbing the floor before but it was close . Does any one have a suggestion on centering before the rod breaks , also tore the boot off that is how I found this problem , pics would help also so I can see how closee your rods are centered please .

Anyone ? I plan on lengthening the z bar with a flat bar and re drilling a hole for the clutch rod so it wont rub the floor , only need 2 inches longer . That should center it up so I can put a new boot in before winter .

The first thing that comes to mind is ( Cab Corner Mounts ) what kind of shape are they in?
If the rubber mounts are worn real bad or rotted cab mounts ,it will change where the rod passes
though floor !
