I am putting a Ford (saginaw) power steering box in my 65F100. My question is with the pitman arm, as the power steering box I got did not come with one.
All the trucks this age have been wrecked around here so getting a part from a wrecker is almost impossible. I found one on Ebay that the seller says is for a 69-72. Based on my understanding, everything should fit up to 79.
What will work with this steering box? I can get the part number of the steering box if needed. Also the front end (drag link) is from a 76, if this matters

There is no part number on the gearbox. Only...as original...an ID tag...which may be missing by now.
The ID tag is not necessary, because the 1969/79 Ford P/S gearboxes are essentially the same.
However...there are several different Pitman Arms and draglinks used on F100/150's.
I suggest you ask jowilker or banjopicker what will work.
