Coolant filter on a E350

Any one here on the site put a coolant filter on a e350van? i have a 2005 E350 with the 6.0. I want to put the filter on the truck, but under the hood i have limited room.

You'll prob need to purchase some extra water line and relocate to another suitable location. I've heard of some mounting it on the frame rail.

just got a e-mail from the site, have to use the 6.4l kit, and order extra hose.
