Want remove emission and useless out in Bronco with 5.0L

I apologize for make another threads but I was try get more info.

It 91 Bronco 5.0L with Aod

What stuff can I remove and get good economy or power? I would like keep fuel injector.

Erg valve? Can I remove or it important part to have? Since Erg tube is rot and leak.
What about canister can I remove?

what about tons of vacuum hoses which one I can remove it?

Remove cat convector and replace stock exhaust manifold with long tube header that came from 67 cougar. How can I hook oxygen sensor to 2 headers or could put on one header? Does it would affect fuel economy?

Is anything I forgot to add this then please add so I be happy to check.

I don't think those headers will work. Changing the exhaust is a good idea though.

The EGR valve actually increases fuel economy.

Removing any of that stuff will not really give you much if any gains.

The truck will probably run the best, if you just fix what is broken.

Problem with replaced heads have EGR block by preview owner who put helicoil in that so I can't use EGR system again if I use that heads.

Original heads on that bronco is bad it have valves sticky and valve seals crack.

I guess you won't be able to hook everything back up. If it were mine, I would use heads that weren't blocked off.

You can go that route, but you will need the EGR eliminator module so the check engine light will stay off. I believe that is the only way to do it.

The EGR eliminator can be used or you can block the intake port and let the computer stay with egr operating since that system doesn't know if it is flowing. You can just weld an HEGO bung to the exhaust pipe behind the headers, or fit it to one header only and weld it in. I think it was Conanski that stated he runs headers with only the one side having the HEGO in it without issue. You will have to leave the TAD and TAB in place but you can remove the vacuum lines feeding them as well as the AIR system if you really want to clean it up. The biggest drag from the emissions system is when the AIR pump begins to fail...
