Fuel pump relay location

does anyone know where the fuel pump relay on a 89 F-250 with a 351 is? I just bought an 89 F-250 and she runs on wd-40 so somewhere along the line the fuel flow is stopped.
Thanks very much.

Relay is drivers side inner fender behind the airbox. That truck has an in-tank low pressure fuel pump and a frame mounted high pressure pump.. just so you know.
