Yes, a standard 302 block will accept a solid flat tappet cam.
Besides the heads, the actual Boss 302 had 4 bolt mains. Besides the heads and intake, you will either need new pistons or have to re-work the ones you have. You have to drill some holes for the water passages.
Unless there is some specific reason for wanting to do it, I wouldn't. Aftermarket aluminum heads will out flow the Clevelands and be a lot easier and probably cheaper than getting all the parts for a Boss clone.
It was cool a while back, but I don't know of anybody that thinks it's worth it now.
i cant afford new cylinder heads and i have most of the parts already, im just wondering if cleveland pistons will fit into a 302 block, when i look up boss pistons it comes up for both 302 boss and 351 cleveland, and i know the cleveland has a 4 in bore like a 302, all i need is gaskets and cam really.
