Swapping Dually Hubcaps

My truck is in my signature. One of the front hubcaps that came with my truck broke and I want to get new ones. I don't care what design they are. They have to have the hole in the middle for the locking hub control. I've looked all over the internet and can't find my original, and the dealer wants a price that made me dirty my pants. I found some that are 8 lug look like they will fit fine, says it will fit my model year, but not duallys. Why are dullays different than other wheels, how does it matter, I have 8 lugs sticking out like all the others, i dont see how they wont fit, there is just no difference I can figure out. Yes I know that the front dually wheels protrude out unlike the single rear wheels, but how does that affect the hubcap? Any info could help. Don't all the trucks of the same year have the same lug nuts and any hubcap for that year would snap on?

I think they do as the F-250 will fit a F-350 so I think they are the same in the front.

I am looking for one in the front of my 99 F-350 and they are the same.
