i just bought a 92 f-150 with a 302 and the fuel pump would run nonstop with the key on, pcm was fried. the idiot decided to use tin foil instead of figuring out why it was popping fuses.... btw my 94 I-6's fuel pump only runs for a couple seconds and shuts off like it should. if you say that the pump stays funning i would look at that computer.

Does sound like a bad PCM Computer.
