It will be carbon, or the tip has swelled.
Could be both. Best is as you say, work it in and out.
You have the first part beat. It moves!
I push them in, then soak it for abit.
You need a cleaner that brakes down carbon. The WD sucks.
I have had good luck with the seafoam stuff.
Tip----Walk away if you start to over power the gp trying to remove it.
Let it soak and come back! You will not regret it.
Good Luck
Just walk away. Then go back at it.
My bet is they have been in there for 200+ miles.
As a last resort if the plug is as high or higher as it
would be installed you can remove the relay for the idm or pcm
and give the motor some short cranks. It sometimes helps break
the carbon. Just be shure the plug is not down in the hole!
Keep at it and you will win.
Yeah I've gone out there and messed with it and sprayed some seafoam down there and letting it soak. I gotta be at work at 3 am so I'm calling it quits till I get home tomorrow. I am gonna spray some more seafoam down there before I go to work so it can soak while I'm there. I'll give the engine a try also tomorrow. Which relay is that for the IDM? I've forgotten some of the abbreviations. Whats the IDM? Oh yeah they are the original gps. What can one expect.
IDM= Injector driver Module
Try doing this job in a van/bus. It makes the F-series a piece of cake.
With removal of relay's or fuses you will not have to deal
with resetting codes from cranking motor with the no start.
Just beware that the gp can become a missile cranking the motor.
I cover it with a rag and valve cover.
When you do get it out, you will beat the sheite out of it with a hammer to
get justice!
I GOT IT!!! You know with a ford you sometime have to get a BFH. Well the other times you have to go and get a HUGE pry bar. The 14" one wasn't cutting it. I went and got my 36" one and modified it to grab my needle nose vise grips. I put a 4x4 and 2x4 on top of the head of the engine and gave her hell. After a time or two she let loose and I almost fell on my ars. I will put the truck back together later I have been up since 1:30 am today. Thanks guys for all of your help.

Glad to hear that, congrats. Im going to save also this in my PC.
This would not work on the #7 cylinder. That is the only reason I did not make one of those. But the pry bar worked. I just got home from work and got a little bit of time on the truck she's almost together broke another plug outside the valve cover. Good thing the kit I bought from ford had 4 pigtails in it. Oh and it came with the little tool to get the pins out .
