Keep us posted if you decide to mount the Hankook's. I remember an article in Off-Road ( ? ) where they mounted them on an H1 and were seriously impressed and I've been considering them to replace my Cooper's ( ~70K on a 50K warranty tire ).

here's the off-road magazine article on the Hankooks

I just had the Hankook DynaPro ATm RF10's installed on my Ex to replace the Nitto's. Lot's of great reviews and hundreds of $$$'s less than the BFG's I was also looking at.

I have 18 inch rims so I went with the LT275/70R18 that are a Load Range E tire with max of 3640lbs @ 80psi. I went to Discount Tire and paid $822 to get out the door with them.

No snow here in Phoenix so i can't comment on that aspect but after only ~1K miles I am very happy with them. I think there were lot's of good reviews for winter/snow driving on the Tire Rack's web site.

Wife jumped in the Ex not knowing that it had new tires and asked why was it running so quiet.....

Wasn't sure which tire I was going to put on the X, the Firestones that were on it were almost gone and I didn't like the tire noise, or the ride(but that was because they were about gone I'm sure), I was at Merchants getting tires for my son's Fusion and had got tires 2 weeks before for my daughter's Taurus. The woman that is the manager there said she would give me a deal on the Pirellis Scorpions AT, buy 2 get 2 free 176.00 per tire, disposal fees, 2 year allingment, etc, out the door under 550. After these wear out I'll figure what to put on next, if I haven't put the 20" rims and tires off my 06 F350. The Pirellis seem good on the road, rain and such, no noise. Will probably be good in mild O/R but would only deal with mild>
