Welcome to FTE, had a hard time reading your post, did you drain your fuel bowl? Are you sure your not setting the SES light?? Is it the water in fuel light?? You have a tuner so your producing more boost, that will set the SES(engine) light over 22-23 PSI, when your in the stock mode you won't see that light..

It's PowerService Diesel 911, and it's definitely in the red bottle. I saw it at the Int'l dealer when I was there buying the rebuild kit to fix the "non-serviceable plug" on my HPOP. Here's a linky:
Power Service Products, diesel fuel additives, prevent gelling, clean injectors, disperse water, boost cetane, reduce emissions, improve fuel economy

Did you clean the bottom of the fuel bowl when you changed the filter? You might get a rag and clean the bottom of the bowl. This happened to me once and I kept draining the bowl, but the light would come back on. I opened the bowl, drained the fuel out and there was a little crud at the bottom that would not wash out. I cleaned it out and the light went away.
