fx4 shifter swap?

is there possibly a better lookin ford shifter from another ford that might fit in an fx4? not really in love with the shifter.. maybe a mustang shifter?

2007+ Expy shifter

my 2008 Expy looks like it's nearly the same thing...but much better IMO. More refined.

only picture I have right now. If I remember, I'll try to snap a better one tomorrow

the raptor uses the same center console ... the shifter is the thing of wet dreams

cancel that! it was a custom one not the stock shifter.

Has anyone swapped out the shifters in our 04-08's for either an expy one or a 09+ shifter? I've often wanted to but never got any further

the expy shifter looks slick!! i've been told the console shifter looks phallic, definately could use an upgrade

the mustang shifter looks good, but im not sure if i'd have to cannabalize the console to install it, the expy looks close enough to go right in...
