Rought Idle... Error Code PO174

I have an 03 Expy that started idling rough and the check engine light came on this morning. I checked the code and it reads System too lean Bank 2... any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Check the PCV valve hose elbow at the firewall.

You have a vacuum leak. Check the PVC elbow and hose at the top rear of the engine for cracks or breakage.
