RABS Bleeding

My manual says I need some special tools to bleed the abs on my truck. My questian is if there is a way of doing it myself or do I need these tools. I finally got some new shoes for it and want to bleed/flush the system once they're fitted to get rid of the spoungy pedal.

Honestly, on my rear brakes I installed speed bleeders and bled them just like the fronts...never had any issues

My Chilton's didn't say anything about needing special tools.

Your manual is talking garbage. Bleed the rears then the RABS module then the fronts.

Have you removed the abs module spring, yet???? Might be your problem. If not search for the post about this.
