anyone see any probs with the valve body shift kit and this cooler?
i need to flush the trans and replace the leaking pan anyway.just didn't know if the electric one-a bit cheaper,had any advantages.i guess you can turn it off and have mushy shifting when not loaded but ahh,i dunno.i figure its a truck anyway,and not 100% sure if it even works with this truck.
any opinions either way? guess i can't go wrong here....i hope lol.

Just from reading info here most guys seem to prefer the Transgo kits.
If you are doing a fluid change make sure you drain the torque converter.

Yes,converter will be flushed as well.Thanks for the reminder too though.
the kit does come with a pressure regulator boost spring and valve.this is how many shift kit function.they raise line pressure to give a firmer shift.
