Where to buy? OBD code scanner

Thanks to a fellow FTE Forum member, I now have an engine service manual for my 6.4 However, what I lack is a scanner to read the OBD codes.

Can anyone advise as to a good location to pick up an economical scanner?

I bought a Edge Insight that reads codes and moniters tons of engine parameters. About $400. You can get a regular scanner at Autozine for less than $100.
