Fuel Pressure check?

1995 Ford F-150 XLT 5.0L engine fuel pressure check,at the scrader valve, what should the reading be.

At least about 32psi at idle with vacuum on the regulator. About 40psi with no vacuum or not running.

The truck will not start to check the pressure at idle, what should the pressure be with just the fuel pump running.

With pin #6 of the self-test connector grounded and the key on about 42-45 PSI.

Fuel not the Issue NOW!

Fuel problem fixed with the used injector shipped to me by a friend in north carolinia, NOW... the truck was not getting any fire to the plugs,bought a new coil nothing same thing,put the old coil back on and it started firing but very intermittely, this check was completed with an in-line spark tester. It would blink 2 to 4 time stop blinking for a few seconds start blinking a few times stop again. This truck is gonna put me in my grave,sure would like to see it running cant let it whip me.
