Two codes P0341 and P0272

Boss told me his truck had been starting harder as in cranking longer before firing latley. So I thought maybe it was the FICM. Checked it with the scanner today and it was perfect yet so I check the codes and came up with these two.

P0341- Cam Position Sensor Circuit Performance

P0272- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault

Anyone have any ideas on these? I have never run across these and am lost as to where even to start.
