Need pointers for first pull

I have been learning about this and you dont want to strap the front left, only for drag racing you strap the front down to help with the launch. You want the front saggy and soft and alot of droop, if you jack the front of the truck up by the frame, the more droop you have after ride height the better. I've learned hanging weight is better than strapping the front down. But you've already hung weight all over the rest of the truck

I knew you were supossed to hang weights on the front left. I figured since i dont have the bracket to hang weughts strapping the front down would help with the problem.

from what ive read, strapping the axle to the frame, engine will still lift the frame up and just pull that tire off the ground

I would run about 20-30 psi in the front, and somewere around 50-60 in the rear. (depends on the tires) Just be sure you have a means to pump your tires back up, PITA driving around with that little air in the front. (less then 30 anyways, been there after yanking a dodge around)
