looking for input
truck just doesnt have 100% top end and i know its there but something is holding it up. i began having <acronym title="Injection Control Pressure">icp</acronym> issues, truck was slowly starting and then not starting at all. exessive cranking finally killed was was dying and threw a check engine light and started. ran rough like the <acronym title="Injection Control Pressure">icp</acronym> sensor was dead. free reved at a throttle stab and sounded like it had too much <acronym title="Injection Control Pressure">icp</acronym> at idol. was 925psi and 1.41 volts at <acronym title="Injection Control Pressure">icp</acronym> sensor.
checked it on the scanner, <acronym title="Injection Pressure out of range, above or below desired">p1211</acronym> code <acronym title="Injection Control Pressure">icp</acronym> fault. okkkk so i tried 2 <acronym title="Injection Control Pressure">icp</acronym> sensors and no dice, got pissed on a ride back home and gave her a boot. HOLY CRAP, this is the power i knew it had and why i havent seen it!, sadly there was a massive black cloud behind me and it smacked the boost guage since the first time ive owned it faster than i thought it could. wtf? <acronym title="Check Engine Light">CEL</acronym> and all.
diagnosed it as a bad <acronym title="Injection Pressure Regulator">ipr</acronym>, got a new one and no <acronym title="Check Engine Light">CEL</acronym> starts great runs great blah blah. gave it a boot and it pulled exllent again, i was thrilled! got back on it a minute later and was pulling like it did before, up top is skippy and very flat around 3k, falls on its face and 25psi. comes back down to idol and is slightly missing, a quick rev and it goes away.
so what gives, a bad <acronym title="Injection Pressure Regulator">ipr</acronym> does WHAT to the <acronym title="Powertrain Control Module">pcm</acronym>? am i missing a tuning problem here? and when its running "fine" it pulls hard and doesnt really smoke at all, a quick plume and thats it pulls hard to 25psi and falls on its face.

damn youtube BLOWS and the sound quality is horendous and you cant even hear the whistle in this but at 35 seconds you can hear exactly what the truckdoes. hits 25psi and falls on its face

Tune kills the truck
Possible causes:
incorrect oil or viscosity
poor oil quality
gel fuel/no fuel
low fuel pressure
damaged IPR valve
high-pressure oil system leak
damaged high-pressure oil pump
damaged PCM
got the scanner on there this afternoon and holds 3040psi like a champ. back at square 1....
tried a php chip, did the exact same thing. pulls like a sumbich till 22psi then cuts out and flatlines 22psi and is skippy.
but get this. tried a diablo chip today. TRUCK RIPS, just like my check engine light issue, but runs ok obviously not tuned right but its so much faster but zero smoke so i know its not getting all the fuel it can send.
need to talk to some tuners on this one

I believe jody doesn't allow full power till 180 or 190° on EOT's.
My truck is a dog till it hits 190 with my php tunes.
