Ok so earlier this summer my stock 7.3 intercooler for a ts performance 3 position switch on the fly chip. The chip is ts first chip the guy at ts seemed surprised they still existed. When i obtained the chip it had a small hand written paper sticker on t that said early 99 75/100/x, x being 140 extreme tune. So im looking to send my chip to bill at php for some updated tunes.
Im thinking 80 eco, 140 extreme and smoke show
I never use the 100 and i dont tow

 

I don't have any experience with Bill's tunes, but I've heard nothing but good things about them. You should talk to Bill, you may not see the full power of the 140, if you still have your stock early 99 hpop and sticks. No matter what, you will see a huge difference.

 

I would talk to Bill and get some ideas from him. Everyones wants/needs are different. Since you only have 3 settings, make the best of them. I would not get both a 140 and a smoke setting. Takes up 2 of the 3 settings. Get one or the other. The 140 will smoke pretty good anyway. I would get a mileage tune like 80econo, a tow tune, and an aggressive tune if it were me.

 

Defintly call them, and tell them your wants and needs, their on vacation till the 28th of this month but their running a special, don't know if that would apply to your tunes but thats what I read on their web-site. Good luck.

 

I would get a DD tune, a race tune of some sort, and........I don't know on the other one.
