Loud Clunk and Wheel Locking
i have a 2000 expedition and just recently noticed when i make a hard left turn into a parking space or out of the driveway my left rear wheel will bind up and skid across the road until it finally will release with a very loud bang and shutter....it almost sounds/feels like your being hit by something.....i pulled the wheel and noticed the emegency break cable was disconnected and i thought that may be the reason due to the break not being fully released....so i reinstalled that and i am still having this issue....any idea what this is???!
