Loud clunk when turning

Loud clunk when turning
When turning there is a loud clunk coming from the front end. It clunks turning left or right. It seems to have just started (per my wife, the daily driver), but is very loud. Wheel bearings were changed maybe six to twelve months ago and the sound comes turning left or right while driving.

clearance in lower ball joints.

94 is a first generation, Check the Radius arm bushings first..
