Lost 65 Rear Brake Parts. Need Advise

Went to put my brake system back together, and it looks like some parts got lost over the winter and during painting.. who knows.

I need to find replacement parking brake levers for the rear drums. What other year of truck will work for a 65 F100. Also the equalizer assembly for connection of the cables to the rear drums is not to be found. Same question as above.

Does anyone sell these parts?

Thanks

You can get a bag of hardware (springs and nails) at Napa or any other parts supplier. Specific items like those P-Brake arms require a trip to the junk yard. Some of the hot rod suppliers sell an 11 inch drum system for Ford nine inch rears that has everything all new including the backing plate. Sometimes that is the least expensive way in both time and money. 11 inch drum rear brakes coupled with disks in front are a really good system.

That would be great if you can see if you have the parts. It is just about impossible to find parts for these trucks at wreckers around here.

Thanks

Where oh where did you come up with this info...it is NOT correct.

What does the 9" rear axle have to do with what brake parts were installed?

It has nothing to do with it...at all.

1961/72 right & left F100 Park Brake levers:

1961/63: C1SS2A637A & C1SS2A638A.

1964/67 F100: C3SZ2A637A & C3SZ2A638A

1968/72 F100: C5AZ2A637A & C5AZ2A638A (also fits: 1973/77 F100 & 1975/77 F150).

If the above part numbers were all the same, the parts would all be the same.

Are the part numbers the same? No they are not the same...as y'all can plainly see.

I just completely rebuilt my brakes I found all the parts for my 66 except the backing plates at Napa. The springs and auto adjusters cost me about $20 per wheel for everything except the brake shoes. I even bought new drums for $115.00.
