you should have the sterling 10.25 rear axle.pull the tire and wheel and the drum just pulls off.you may have to get a BFH and smack it a few times,may even have to back the adjusters off a few turns.
My older F250, gotta take the axles out, prob the same on yours, Remember to get new neoprene axle seals. It's EZ, just takes a little time, keep the dirt out and everything clean.
appreciate the advice, got the drums off! it turned out to be the full floater. now im going to replace wheel cylinders, hardware,shoes,drums and axel seals.
