You may have trash in the valve body and/or a bad valve body gasket. If all else fails try a B&M TransPak or TCI shift kit. There about $70 bucks and come with new gaskets, plate, springs, and filter. You can install it in an afternoon.

the only possible thing i could do is hang my camera underneith and record it doing what its doing but its almost impossible to tell when its doing it for a camera perspective. you have to see and hear and feel all at once.
Did you check for the adjustment of your gear selector linkage? Maybe it isnt adjusted to the right position and causing the gear selector to be inbetween positions or just enough one direction that the valve leaks past.

is that even a possible solution? its possible. my gear selector up on the column is really loose and the yellow indicator is not directly over the selected gears
