351w performance parts

I just got an 89 bronco with a 351w. I'm not to impressed with it over the cleveland or modified so far, but that's a whole different topic. Anywho, I'm trying to find performance parts. I have checked out jegs already. I'm not looking for a hotrod, just give it a little boost in performance. And aluminum heads ye or ne?

A cam and exhaust really wakes it up, the stock cam barely pokes the valves open enough to make noise. A Crane 444232 or Sum-4400 will do the trick.
