Mods on a 351W
Hey Newbie here, I have an 89' Bronco with a 351W just wondering what are some good ways to get more performance out of the engine on and off road. Any input would be appriciated. Thanx

Depends on what kind of shape the motor is in. My 89 (see signature) had been neglected and was in desperate need of a rebuild. I put a rebuilt motor in with a good cam and a custom exhaust and it was a HUGE difference. If the motor is in good shape with low miles and good compression, then things like an intake and exhaust will make a nice difference. If it's like mine and needs a rebuild, then anything you do will be like trying to polish a turd. You need a good engine as a base before you start trying to get more performance out of it.
