I have a 2006 f250 crew cab. Only in the morning i have trouble with the steering. When I take a hard left or right it sticks and i have to force it back that happen for about 5-10 min. then it's fine. only in the morning. Fluid is full an a new steering stablizer was put on.
thanks
I would start by changing the power steering fluid and get a real good quality fluid. Much of the power steering fluid out on the market is junk and does not have pour point depressants so that it is thicker in the cold temperatures.
I thought I saw a thread a few months back where someone was having the same trouble when the truck was cold, I don't think it was the fluid, do a search. Maybe a moderator can point you in the right direction.
