First thing to do with an EFI engine that's misbehaving is to ask the computer if it thinks
anything is wrong; instructions at http://fordfuelinjection.com/.

Additionally, assuming there's nothing obviously wrong with the primary ignition
components (wires, dizzy, rotor) I'd do a compression test on the entire engine.

Still Runs the same. I'm sure the comp is fine since it ran fine last year..And only put 2 or 3 miles on it..Yard truck but I really need to get her running..I might try plugs in 1 and 8..Last year a couple of times it would run crappy and I would hold the throttle and it would clean out and start to run right...HMMMM

Check for spark and fuel. Make sure the plugs and wires are good. Do the easy things first.

Hard to see if I have fuel. Suppose I could pull a plug out and hold a propane torch near the hole when its running.. LOL Wires are fine I have spark at the end of the wire. Wire resitance is good. Cap is good.. Gonna get 2 new plugs tom. I forgot to get them..

Thanks

Um no dont do that. Pull the injector and see if it is ok or if it is fouled up.

It is really really easy to pull the fuel rail with the injectors on it but you can do what you would like. Personally I would do that way before I tried something like the torch idea...

You shouldnt have to. You should be able to just take out the bolts that hold the fuel rail in and finagle it a little until you can get the injector out.
