brown smoke

hey guys every once in a while when i step on it i get a big cloud of lite brownish smoke any one no what causes this te truck is an 03 with 329000km on it i did the heads this spring,studded and a full egr delete i have never seen anything o this forum about brown smoke it runs the same still but it cant be a healthy color for smoke i just got 1,3,5,7 injectors changed after the tech that did my head job forgot to tighten the injectors down and blew them all up any ideas on the smoke

White is fuel or water, black is probably egr, blue is oil, brown is a shart.

As cartmanea stated this is simply a prime example of "excitment of the bowel" caused by the adrenaline rush when stomping the pedal....which results in said person sharting!...Simply embarrasing but it does happen.....lol

Depends on how its over fueling. Black smoke on throttle romps can be unburned, excess fuel (not enough exygen, but too fuel spray). White smoke that smells like fuel (usually at idle) can be from a leaky injector dumping in excess, poorly atomized fuel. Black smoke EGR related is from too much EGR flow and not enough oxygen, causing fuel to not burn.

Well, I have a feeling this statement might induce such condition if one reading this thread laughs one's self to the point of......nevermind.

But seriously, brown smoke? I guess that black smoke may appear to have a brown tinge to it depending on the background setting, but I don't know.

How 'bout a vid?
