Front Tow hooks?

I just bought an `03 Ranger 4x4 and the front tow hooks were removed by the previous owner. What year stock tow hooks will fit my truck and where's a good source to get them from?

If you go to a junk yard they might have them for the same year as your truck. Why did the previous owner remove them, that's kinda important to have if you are stuck or getting someone unstuck is it?

Hooking to both hooks at the same time is questionable. This might result in bending the frame together. Tow truck driver told me this, he refused to use the tow hooks on my truck, he hooked to the frame underneath. Check your owners manual for proper use of tow hooks
