Max boost for a 7.3L IDI N/A
I am working out toward Flemington tomorrow at one of the local oil and gas companies.
In all my travels around the country I have never seen roads as steep as there are around here in many places.

Yeah, I had a buddy that was working near you Dave in Flemington, he said the hills there were something like us Alabama folks had never seen. 30% is a lot, reminds me of a time when we were in the hills of North Arkansas going down a huge hill toward the Buffalo river Low Water Crossing, my buddy had a late 90s Crew Cab Chevy, by the time he got to the bottom his brakes were smoking heavily, and he didn't have a trailer or anything behind him.

As for the boost PSI, you could adjust the wastegate if you have one, and limit it to either 10 or 12 PSI... I wouldn't do 15 sustained, 10-12 PSI max... Or just slap some ARP head studs in there, then you won't have to worry about it...
Wow, I didn't notice how old this thread is, until after I posted...
Here's a real hill for ya. 20 miles at 6.5%. First 90 seconds or so of the vid (not mine). Side of the road is covered in black patches from vehicles burning to a crisp. just typical BC stuff
