Hey i got a 93 f350 with the 7.3 n/a and im going to be putting a turbo kit and water/methanol injectionon in a few montha i kno i need to head stud. Should i get the heads machine or not? And if yes is it worth getting them acid washed with pressure dye ran through to make sure ther good?

Well if you're going to have the heads off and depending on how many miles you have, I would recommend doing a valve job with the turbo valves if you're going to do it correctly anyway.. More than likely you will have surface cracks on the pre cups which is normal, I have a document floating around somewhere from my machine shop gave to me and it is a ford / International document that you cannot machine these cylinder heads. And depending on what kind of boost pressures you're going to run, yes studs are a must considering you are going to have to heads off.. And if you don't have them already gauges gauges gauges!, you need to know your EGTs if you are playing with fuel.
Edit.. Any good machine shop will thoroughly clean and disassemble the heads for inspection, magnaflux as well.. This is how mine came back, looked like they were brand new
