Honestly, you probably live with it unless you want to drop $$$ on a new window. Ford had a technical service bulletin (TSB) on that window frame, but it's not a recall. I think it only affected the ones with the rear slider (like mine), but I could be mistaken. Mine has always leaked straight down the window, and never got anything IN my truck wet. It just bothered me enough 'til I bought some Liquid Nails stuff for roofing and filled the entire gap with it. Doesn't leak any more.

If you do a search, there are a few good posts on leaky rear windows. If I remember correctly, it can be fixed, but it's a bit of a pain to do. I called a glass shop and was quoted $260 for a replacement slider for mine.

jump in the back seat, pull the plastic panels off around the side of the window, and fold the seat down and take that plastic off. look for a ring of bolts that holds the window/ frame in. take out the bolts, push windonw into the bed area. you need a new bytyl seal from Auto Zone. cost about $15 and takes 2 hours. No new window.

Just a note, but I believe the problem with the sliders was the window frame itself cracks, so just a new seal will not help. Mine had at least 5 cracks in the frame, I can see them from inside the truck.

if its the seal, it normally happens at the topp, by the head liner, about 12 -18 inches from the drivers corner toward the middle. Basically behind the drivers head. The seal was not installed correcly on the frame at this point.
