Rattle coming from floorboard

Hey there again guys. I am also getting a rattle that can only be felt along the driver floorboard on my 99 F-350 4wd. Its a 4dr long bed. Inspecting all the components underneath in that area but just can seem to find anything loose. I even went as far as regreasing the front driveshaft. The rattle does vary with rpm and does become affected when i apply the brakes. It almost sounds as if i had a loose exhaust pipe directly underneath my feet. The sound is a little deeper in sound though. Any help? Thanks

Have you checked your exhaust down pipe? I know its on the wrong side, but it could be hitting the frame rail or trans and causing vibrations.

The dreaded swaybar bushings come to mind also. If you still have the stock ones on there, that could be your problem. Check the upper and lower mounts real good.

Find out if yours is an early 99 or late, superduty4x4 Chase had a problem finding his size bushings, seems the early and late had different size bushings and hardware but here's a link where I got mine, any dout, give them a call first.. Heres the 99 but not sure if its the early 99 size, somebody will chime in.. http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...ight+Duty+1999

This Guy has a good write-up on doing them: http://www.frontiernet.net/~jmray/F250Bushings.htm

A press is very helpful for pushing out the end link bushings. Make sure you get the right set. I got mine from Energy and only thing was it did not come with the large washers shown. Waiting to hear back from them.
