emergency brake adjustment
My 2003 Exp. EB failed state inspection due to the emergency brake. It works, just not to the inspector's liking. The service manual seems to indicate that the only adjustment is at the brake shoe (on older cars I adjusted it using a spoon inserted through an access plug). It does not indicate whether the wheel and rotor must be removed to access it. Has anyone on here ever adjusted the emergency brake?
