Fixed it! Sure enough when i got the covers off both harnesses were unplugged. Glad i bought replacements because the old ones were incredibly loose at the connections. Truck runs great now and sounds like it might even be running better. Anyways thanks for all the help guys. One final question. There was a lot of oil in my intake and all the tubes even after the intercooler. Looked like it was comin from that breather valve on the vc. This normal? A way to fix it?

New harnesses won't permanently solve the problem.
Did you bother to click on the link posted by Pete (Duck Fan) in post #12 and Greg (SuperDoodie) in post #24?
That link informs you that these UVC clips...
...which cost a few bucks at any Ford dealership, were created specifically for the problem you just encountered, and they're a lot cheaper than two brand new harnesses, which will not permanently fix the problem to begin with.
And if you didn't wanna buy the clips at your local Ford dealership, you can do what a lot of guys here have done, and use a quarter for each harness connector, grinding the sides to make them fit.
Why does the old adage, "You can lead a horse to water..." come to mind right now?
