I just replace the front rotors brake pads and right front hub and bearing assy.and I still can hear a humming sound .The sound is more notiable when making slight left turn and straight ahead driving if I turn the wheel to the right it seems to go away.could the left side be bad? or is it the rear?
thanks
i would guess the other front hub and bearing set. also the 2002 has two more hub sets on the back axle. might check them to see if the noise is in the back?
Like Steve suggested, there are bearings in the rear which are fairly common failure points. You might also try moving the tires from left to right (assuming they are non-directional tires) to make sure it isn't a separation in the tread of one of the tires. If you rule out a tire issue, then I would check first the right rear since you notice it on left turns.
