yes, i bought on e-bay for about $90. installed at about 80k miles. Remove tire/wheel. Remove brake caliper and disc. Loosen the big axle nut, maybe 28-30mm deepwell? Push the axlle inward 1/2 inch to get the CV joint away from the back of the hib. Use a hax 15 mm box wrench to remove the three bolts on the back of the knuckel that hold the hub on. THey are TIGHT and may have loctite on them. Get a GOOD wrench that can be smacked with a 2 pound hammer. Some have to heat the bolt threads at the hub to melt the thread lock. After the three bolts are out, remove the ABS wire connector, and pull the hub out over the axle spline. Splines may be cruddy or some rust, may have to use a small press or puller to push out the axle.
The description i gave is for the front. If you do the rear it is more difficult. On the rear you have to remove the knuckel from the truck and press the bearing out in a hydraulic press, then push the new one in. THe hub and bearing units look similar on the rear.
