how do you know if a truck has the plow prep package?? vin decode didnt say, what is done in this package??

 

I think its just heavy duty front springs. I think thats it but not positive.

 

I'm thinking, it was...
-Heavier frt springs
-Severe duty alternator and batt
-Severe duty cooling system.

 

prolly a bigger trans cooler also

 

From my 07 order guide. Snow plow prep is only a spring upgrade. I think this bumped the front GVWR from 4100 to 4300. All the other items are complements of the HD payload package.
