anyone know how to take out a 68 F250 cs 2wd rear Axel. I have all 8 nuts and lock washers off, penetrating oil soaking. Will not pull out, tried hammering with soft and hard hammer, will not come out! I am putting in new parking brake cables. Not to put to much in this post, will red line (all-synthetic formula) heavy shockproof gear oil work back in the differential?. Or do you call that a pumpkin?.

Well, they came out the way i thought they did. Just rent a axle puller, have to do a homemade mod, on the fork, with nuts-bolts-washers-then nuts on the end. Slide it real hard, and presto they came out. Not like the book said. I am sure i would not have been able to get them out any other way. So thanks a lot my 390, oh you'r welcome.
