I hate to say it but my truck sounds like a sqeaky toy for a dog. It speeds up and slows down as my speed increases and decreases and its pretty loud up until maybe 20 or 30 mph. Ant problem areas that are known to cause this? I have no idea where to check first.

I'll bet on a bad u-joint.. Especially with a 6" lift & 315 tires.
The drivers side fender rubs near the hinge and squeeks quite a bit.
Also the trans skid plate can squeek at the bolts.
These ar body squeeks that are typical in these trucks.
If it is drivetrain I would look at the spring bushings. You can spray brake fluid on them to quieten it down. Don't get it on the paint! also it will accelerate the aging of rubber.
