Does anyone know of a tool to remove the door hinge pin so a mirror can be added to the hinge.

Welcome to the site. I think that as a newbie you are not allowed to use the search feature (that’s silly) which is not such a loss as it’s not that good, anyway I did try a search for you.

Mac's Antique Auto Parts (on-line) sells a tool for removing hinge pins.

They also sell replacement hinge pins

Neither works worth a damn from what I've heard. Your mileage may vary. Removing pins is one of the worst jobs on these.

All of the pin removers sold that I know about are said to be junk. If you're handy and can weld, or some one does, have your own made.
