There are a few guys that have them and there's been some recent discussions in different threads regarding certain functions not working.

I've been working with ScanGauge to get more features working. I'll be starting a thread in a few days (probably in the 7.3 forum), but I'll try to add a link here when I do.
Working with them, I have gotten these working:
Oil Temp
Injector Control Pressue
IPR %
Exhaust Back Pressure
Plus, the already documented Transmission Temp works.
And, most of the built in simple gauges, with the notable exception of coolant temp work fine.
